ARLY JOVER had her first big break performance with BLADE directed by Stephen Naringhton in 1998. Later on she stars for many other feature films like FOUR DOGS PLAYING POKER, directed by Paul Rachmann in 2000, for ADAM & EVE, directed by Stephane Lionardo, THE EMPRE OF THE WOLVES, directed by Chris Nahon.
In 2009 Arly Jover starred in the French feature film MAGMA, directed by Pierre Vinour, alongside MEHDI NEBBOU (represented by DAS IMPERIUM) and later on in 2011, in David Fincher´s THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO, alongside Daniel Craig and in 2014 in the Finnish/ Lithuanian feature film 2 NIGHTS TILL MORNING, directed by Mikko Kuparinen.
The film 2 NIGHTS TILL MORNING won best Director Award at Montreal World Film Festival 2015, and Best Film Award at Valladolid International Film Festival 2015.
In 2016, she stars in her first lead role in AXOLOTL OVERKILL, a German cinema movie directed by Helene Hegemann, which will have its world premier in competition at Sundance Film Festival 2017.
She also stars in the Czech/Slovakian co-productiopn cinema movie MASARYK, directed by Julius Sevcík, next to Czech superstar Karel Roden. The film will have its world premier at main competition at Berlinale 2017. For her performance in MARSARYK, Arly was nominated in the category “Best Supporting Actress” for 24th Annual Czech Lion Awards 2017.
Last, but not least she stars in a incredible role (inspired by a character of F. Dostojevsky) for THE WEIRD SISTERS, directed by Blake Worell, which won the Peoples Choice Award at Sydney´s “SmartFone Flick Fest”.
